Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a dynamic team of experts in the most sophisticated part of the hedge fund's core business.
• Develop and optimize high-performance C++ code to enhance the client's systematic trading platform.
• Solve complex latency-oriented and microsecond/nanosecond problems, reinforcing the team's reputation for technological excellence.
• Work closely with quantitative researchers to implement innovative trading strategies efficiently, leveraging C++ and Python.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in C++ development, with a deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in systematic trading or financial software development is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and intellectually stimulating in-office environment.
• Previous finance experience is NOT a requirement for this role.
