About the Float Team opportunity:

• Full time or part-time with a regular or flexible weekday schedule. (part-time of 24+ hours/week includes medical benefits)
• The clinician floats among PCHC clinics in Providence providing coverage for PCHC providers on leave/vacation. PCHC clinics are all in Providence within a few miles of one another.
• No regular panel management responsibility.
• Weekday outpatient clinic only. No weekends. No inpatient.
• Float full-time schedule: 4 clinic days; with remote or onsite admin time.
• Clinic hours: Mon-Wed-Fri 8:30-5:00; Tues & Thurs 12:00-8:00 pm
• Float providers are an important part of PCHC’s clinician team. The internal Float team was established in 2018 and is an integral part of our ability to enhance patient access
