We are looking for an exceptional
Final Assembly Technician to become an indispensable part of our Production Team. If you are enthusiastic, possess an innate attention to detail, and have a passion for excellence, then we invite YOU to become the next guardian of our legacy in this role.
The Ideal Candidate has :
- A degree or certification in AC and DC electronic circuits or demonstrated experience working with high-voltage AC circuits (480 and 208 VAC).
- High-level electro-mechanical system assembly fabrication knowledge, testing, and debugging.
- Understanding of schematics, drawings, and work instructions to build, test, integrate, and debug electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
- Manufacturing experience and the ability to use electrical tools such as a multimeter, wire crimpers, soldering irons, anti-static mats, test equipment, and assembly tools.
- Hands-on experience developing and optimizing the effectiveness of manufacturing documentation (BOMs, SOPs, work instructions, drawings, work orders, and device history files), along with project planning and tracking.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques and familiarity with FDA and ISO regulations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of co-workers and managers.
- Intellect to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Knowledge of internet software, ERP/MRP software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software including Microsoft Office Suite. They are also highly organized, accurate, and detail oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities of this Job: - Assemble, test, and calibrate medical devices to meet quality standards and daily goals and to ensure on-time delivery for every customer.
- Understanding schematics, drawings, and work instructions to build, test, integrate, and debug electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
- Being part of our on-site team during core hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. The prime operating area for this position is in an air-conditioned environment with high noise levels, heavy machinery, and chemical involvement.
- Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Document and report all non-conforming parts and assist in evaluating and deciding the best corrective actions to resolve non-conforming work.
- Assembling, testing, and verifying engineering prototype assemblies and train to assemble production assemblies.
- Work in a collaborative, team-based environment to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to strict regulatory and safety guidelines. Maintain a safe and productive work environment by assuring the work area is clean and orderly throughout the day.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
