Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the marketing team at HireMatch. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who have a passion for marketing, social media, and content creation. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and strategies that drive engagement and growth for the company.
Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing)
  • Develop and maintain content for social media platforms, including creating engaging posts, stories, and reels
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO best practices
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and trade shows to promote HireMatch's brand and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and social media
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team
Qualifications
