***About the Position:***

The Order Fulfillment Associate role is a key position of the distribution team. This role is the last line of defense before handing goods over to carriers for customer final delivery. This position must personify and support the "customer-first" mentality, and act as a leader in supporting this culture throughout the distribution operation.

Essential functions include, but are not limited to:

* Effectively organize and prepare all outgoing shipments, including labeling, banding and wrapping pallets.

* Develop strong understanding of Transportation Management System to fulfill orders and meet/exceed customers' expectations.

* Develop understanding of outbound WMS processes across all modes of transport E-Commerce, LTL, Small Parcel

* Maintains responsibility of all outgoing shipments by performing quality checks.

* Follow-up and assist in root cause analysis and counter measure for order exception.

* Regular communication with distribution leadership team to ensure that potential issues are identified and resolved and resolved with a forward thinking, customer-first approach.

* Identify, analyze, and assess business opportunities, processes and workflows suggesting continuous improvement strategy for the outbound fulfillment areas including E-Commerce, LTL, Small Parcel

* Responsible for 5S maintenance and general upkeep of designated warehousing space to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment

***Qualifications/Requirements:***

Must be 18 years of age or older

HS Diploma or GED

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify

Must be willing to work mandatory overtime when needed

Must be willing and able to submit to pre-employment and random drug testing

Must be able to pass all required safety trainings

Must be English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)

Must be willing to assist in additional projects as requested by management

**Physical Requirements:**

* Constantly standing/walking up to 8 hours/day

* Constant pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs

* Frequently bending, twisting, reaching outward and upward

* Fine hand manipulation

* Frequent lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs

* Ability to utilize sense such as touch, vision and hearing

* Must be able to be exposed to temperature extremes in warehouse environment (cold/hot)

***Education/Experience/License Requirements:***

* Experience in operations with a warehousing/distribution environment highly preferred (1 year)

* Computer aptitude and experience working with various computer programs

* Experience working in a team environment

* Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) with prior utilization of RFID scanning tools

* For operation of forklift or pallet jack, must be able to pass written and operational skills test
