As a Payroll Manager, you will ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll while adhering to all applicable laws and company policies. Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Oversee payroll deductions, taxes, garnishments, and benefits contributions.
• Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper coordination of payroll changes, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems.
• Administer year-end payroll processes, including W-2 generation and payroll tax filings.
• Stay current with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in payroll management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
