Join our team in Lancaster, PA at our IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic. This is a PRN, Physical Therapist opportunity with hours Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays !

The details:

Patient caseload at the IU13 Employer-Based Outpatient Clinic is a mix of post-op orthopedic (general and total joints), back and neck (manual therapy) and other musculoskeletal conditions in a hands-on environment. Be a part of this team with an excellent reputation for niche programming and service to its patients.

  • Newly remodeled clinic with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies
  • 1:1 patient treatment
  • Close collaboration with onsite medical staff
  • Highly personalized and patient-centered outpatient care to employees and their dependents
  • Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays with limited evenings until 6:00 PM
In addition to outpatient orthopedic Physical Therapy, this site houses an innovative pilot program focused on movement health. The right fit candidate will collaborate with the Move Better – Move More ® program based on the foundations of movement-centric solutions for MSK dysfunction. To learn more about this program visit

The responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality, outcomes-driven physical therapy services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the onsite clinic
  • Document with therapist friendly web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Utilize FOTO patient engagement and outcome-based tools
  • Manage relationships and promote physical therapy services, time management, and communication

The requirements:

  • Two (2) + years of outpatient experience
  • Two (2) + years of Orthopedic and Manual Therapy experience
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Dry Needling experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with EMR scheduling and documentation systems
  • Confidence, initiative, and experience to build employer relationships and patient caseloads
  • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Pennsylvania
