Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Use your talents to attract new clients who are in need of healthcare professionals within the dental sector.
Account Management: Utilize your interpersonal skills to foster and expand relationships with current accounts. Promote job openings and cultivate long-lasting partnerships.
Recruitment: Source, vet, and present top-quality candidates to clients for their consideration. Maintain and enhance your candidate pipeline using our innovative CRM system.
Compensation Structure: This is a commission-only role, with compensation that exceeds industry standards, rewarding your hard work and dedication.

Second-year potential: $180,000+

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full-desk recruiter.
A proven track record in business development.
Comfortable with phone-based communication and cold calling.
A LinkedIn account is required.
A goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a robust independent work ethic.
