Central Stone Company has a full-time, 1st shift opening for multiple Quarry Maintenance Workers at our Ft. Belle (Florissant), MO location. This position, through the Operators 513 Union, typically works 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday - with occasional Saturdays depending on peak season needs.

Major Quarry Maintenance responsibilities include:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and set-up on processing plant equipment used throughout the quarry operations using a variety of hand and power tools
• Operate light equipment such as skid loaders, man lifts, tele-handler
• Assisting crew in all aspects of quarry operation as assigned
• Properly following all company policies and adhering to all governmental regulations

The ideal Quarry Maintenance candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• A focus on safety and a strong work ethic
• Well rounded maintenance background
• A background in quarry operations is preferred
• Proficiency in fabrication and welding is preferred but not necessary
• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
• A valid driver's license
