As a Remote All-Inclusive Resort Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in curating luxurious and stress-free vacation experiences for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vacation preferences, interests, and desired amenities for all-inclusive getaways.

  • Utilize your strong organizational skills to manage resort bookings, special requests, and coordination with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, and Mexico.
  • Possess a computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable internet access to facilitate remote work tasks.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service orientation to build rapport with clients, vendors, and team members.
