Residential Construction - Superintendent

A leading homebuilder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to coordinate and lead their field team. This is a great opportunity to lead projects with values ranging from $500k to $5M and greater.

Qualifications

5+ years proven track record in residential construction, experience in building quality single family homes, either custom and/or production

Expert ability to manage project timelines and budgets

Demonstrable ability to lead construction projects in various phases concurrently

Industry consistent work history

Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Carpentry experience preferred

Four-year degree from an accredited university with construction management, engineering, or business concentrations preferred but not required

Strong desire to be successful and surrounded by like-minded individuals with a passion for high quality work and career advancement
