About The Role:

We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual to join us in building our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in lead generation, constructing sales pipelines, and conducting client outreach to drive the adoption of our payment solutions across the US, UK, EU, and APAC markets. This position involves close collaboration with marketing, product, partnerships, and senior management to achieve our objectives.

Key responsibilities:
  • Generate new business and develop value-added solutions for our customers
  • Negotiate and structure sales agreements with new and existing customers while maintain positive business relationships
  • Develop promotions to encourage more interaction and sales from the customers in conjunctions with marketing
  • Work cross functionally with partnerships to develop co-leads strategy
  • Update tracking reports daily to reflect prospective clients, leads, and sales metrics
  • Review tracking reports to gauge success and to address issues with team lead to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions and competitors activities to develop sales plans that achieve or exceed sales goals
  • Provide regular technical and sales training for new and current accounts
  • Map out and deliver strategy

About You:
  • 2-5 years of Fintech/Payments or related industrial experience
  • Good experience in B2B, have experience of developing enterprise-level clients is a plus
  • Goos experience of usigng Hubspot/Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Worked in a startup environment / open to a startup environment
  • Individual that is passionate, energetic and ambitious
  • Taking ownership and being autonomous
  • Good communication skills with stakeholders
  • Job duties are highly collaborative in nature and require on-site presence to be performed 5 days a week

$62,500 - $80,000 a year
