New England Federal Credit Union/VSECU is looking for a dynamic, member focused Teller to join our team at our Berlin Branch! If you enjoy helping others and have an interest in the financial industry, we want to speak with you!
The Teller provides efficient, accurate, and polite service to members and follows policies and procedures while conducting transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Establishes and maintains effective member relationships by anticipating member needs and providing service that is above the members expectations. Demonstrates personal commitment to continuously develop technical skills needed to conduct member transactions. Demonstrates empathy for member’s needs and refers members to member service staff when a financial need is discovered.
Hours : Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
