CodeUp is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a UX/UI Designer at CodeUp, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business results. You will work closely with our cross-functional team to design and deliver exceptional user experiences for our products and services.

• Design and develop user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and design solutions that meet business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design assets to ensure consistency across products and services.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your work.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, user research methods, and design thinking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
